Keep it simple...

The data management and policies flow required a very simple, straightforward approach of creating the request and adjusting its logic.

Although, the complex permissions system, the possible action patterns available, the main goal was to keep the customer "in control". He should have had a simple tool to create new flow, adjust it or drop it away.

Set and Forget

This project wasn't about the "look-n-feel". This was pure mathematics, pure User Experience. The main goal was to solve the complexity of creating sophisticated customer flows.
